Provide high-quality training tools for effective youth work: The project aims to equip youth workers with advanced training tools and methodologies that enhance the effectiveness and impact of their work. This includes practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and innovative approaches to youth work.

Foster leadership and innovation in the youth work field: By focusing on leadership development and innovative practices, the training seeks to empower youth workers to become leaders in their communities. Participants will learn how to inspire and guide young people, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Create a platform for collaboration among youth workers across the Balkans: The project aims to build a network of youth workers from different Balkan countries, encouraging collaboration and exchange of best practices.
