This international training course aims at empowering and building up the competencies of educational practitioners to design, facilitate, and evaluate meaningful educational activities in value-based youth work.
Objectives:
- Understanding Non-Formal Education: Examine approaches, practices, conditions, models, and processes that shape effective youth work and learning.
- Equipping with Practical Tools and Methods: Gain hands-on tools and methodologies for designing, facilitating, and evaluating impactful educational activities.
- Creating and Testing Educational Workshops: Develop, implement, and refine your own educational modules with peer feedback and group interaction.
- Reflecting on Roles, Ethics, and Competencies: Analyze the roles, ethical considerations, and key competencies of youth workers within educational contexts.
Target group
This activity is designed for youth work and education practitioners: active youth workers, trainers, NGO workers, young leaders, volunteers working with youth, or teachers. Participants have to be over 18 years old and able to follow the training course and work in English.
