The Fall Business Internship 2024

More about the Fall Business Internship 2024: Our internship is paid and lasts for 3 months. Depending on your progress, we may extend your internship for an additional 9 months.

The internship takes place in our Sarajevo office and requires full-time presence. The first day of the internship is October 7th.

Criteria For Applicants

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages such as Turkish, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, or German is a great advantage.
  • Final year of a bachelor’s or master’s program in Economy, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar studies.
  • Recent graduates looking for their first job.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship.
  • Residency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Selection process: Successful applicants will first have a short conversation with Talent Acquisition and complete a task designed to showcase their skills and competencies. The final step will be a live interview with your soon-to-be mentors.

  • Customer Growth Intern: Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, care about their objectives, and demonstrate our dedication to fulfilling them.
  • Solution Engineer Intern: Support the sales process by providing technical knowledge, designing and delivering solutions, and consulting on technical aspects to ensure smooth integration between clients and Infobip.
  • Sales Intern: Communicate with prospective clients, facilitate discussions with decision-makers, research and ensure quality leads and sales opportunities for Infobip.
  • Business Analytics Intern: Analyze daily traffic and revenue, prepare special analyses for smaller customers, track and report deal profitability, support pricing strategy, analyze regional traffic, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain global communication for business improvement.
  • Marketing Intern: Work closely with the Regional Brand Lead to support various marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and projects, providing assistance in event organization and content creation.
  • Customer Success Intern: Ensure high-quality experiences for Self-Service customers, build strong relationships, educate on product value, increase user adoption, improve UX, retain and analyze customers, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with teams to optimize workflows.
  • Customer Support Intern: Learn about our products, solutions, and business, handle customer inquiries professionally, enhance your technical and troubleshooting skills, and improve internal processes and customer experience.
  • Product Sales Intern: Assist in driving sales growth, executing go-to-market strategies, and supporting product adoption efforts. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, gathering market insights, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Acceleration Intern: Assist in lead generation, support the sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency. This role involves CRM management, sales reporting, and contributing to the creation of sales collateral.
  • Finance Intern: Assist with data entry, financial reporting, and general administrative tasks under the guidance of experienced financial professionals. This role involves working full-time on-site, managing financial records, and supporting bookkeeping processes.
