Civil engineer, Banja Luka

Job description and responsibilities:

Answers, realizes, plans, controls work on the construction site
Cooperates with managers of other sectors
Daily organization and control of work, in order to avoid difficulties and delays in construction
Answers, supervises the construction, monitors the quality of the completed works and services,
aligns the execution deadlines with the Contract and submits reports to the superior on a daily,
weekly and monthly level, especially regarding the achieved dynamics
Performs control over the work of construction participants – subcontractors, used and installed
construction materials and products, and monitors the contracted dynamics of the subcontractor’s
work performance
Organizes and monitors the implementation of regulations in the field of occupational safety and fire
protection on the project of all workers, materials and equipment at the site
Responsible for the correctness of work equipment;
Participates and negotiates in part of commercial affairs;
Participates in legal and general affairs
Control and preparation of technical/tender documentation

Required qualifications

Graduated civil engineer, – also candidates without experience, mentoring is provided withing SHP
Group
Active Knowledge of the English language – B2 minimum level
