Call for Participants: VEBY Project Training
Are you passionate about virtual education and youth development? Join us for the VEBY project, where you’ll gain essential skills in non-formal education to lead future virtual exchanges! 
About the Project: #LDAMostar is looking for 6 enthusiastic individuals to participate in the VEBY project. Whether you’re a youth/youth worker, educator, trainer, or teacher, this training opportunity is for you (age 18+)!
Training Topics Include:
• Dialogue and conflict resolution 
• Group facilitator’s role and tools 
• Soft-skills development through non-formal education 
• Dealing with identity conflicts 
• Challenges faced by people with fewer opportunities during virtual exchanges 
• Handling group dynamics 
• Conflict resolution in the online space 
• Constructive feedback techniques 
• Acknowledging learning in non-formal contexts and YouthPass 
Training Schedule:
• Virtual Training Course: June 18th, 19th, 20th (3 hours/day in the afternoons)
• Practice Sessions: June 22nd, 23rd
