PBA Sustain Diversity
Partnership-building Activity
16-22 June 2024 | Zaragoza, Spain
Sustain Diversity is a three-step activity that consists of a PBA, a TC, and a YE all on the same topic-sustainability, diversity and inclusion-in order to strengthen the partnership and have the chance to get to know us better by working together.
Viaje a la Sostenibildad (VALS) is an organization based in Zaragoza, Spain. Our central objective is to achieve a society more committed to the values of inclusion, sustainability, and solidarity. We are a social cooperative that works constantly on providing innovative and inspiring opportunities for young people in order to spark their curiosity, encourage them to take a more active role in society, and give them space to develop their own ideas with or without guidance.
Our focus right now is on expanding our network and creating synergies with other organizations which share similar values and goals. For this reason, we have planned a 6-day partnership-building activity that will delve deeper into the topics we work with, share our good practices and inspiring initiatives that can be found in Zaragoza, provide time and space to hear about your work and experiences, and create open space where we can all connect.
Sustain Diversity is a three-step activity that consists of a partnership building activity (PBA), a training course (TC), and a youth exchange (YE) all on the same topic – sustainability, diversity and inclusion – in order to strengthen the partnership and have the chance to get to know us better by working together. All activities are based on non-formal learning educational methodologies.
Inclusion and diversity play pivotal roles in advancing the principles of sustainability, forming a foundation for resilient and thriving communities. Inclusive practices empower individuals from various backgrounds to actively contribute to sustainable solutions, enhancing community engagement, promoting a sense of belonging and shared responsibility. Sustainability is not just an environmental endeavor; it is a holistic commitment that thrives on the richness of diverse perspectives and inclusive collaborations.
