Training Course: Train the Trainer

Past sessions offered insights into group dynamics and leadership for youth workers. Yet, we saw the need to apply these as facilitators better. So, we created “Train the Trainer,” empowering them with practical training tools.

Ojectives:

1. Facilitate self-assessment and self-knowledge among participants, promoting understanding of strengths and areas for growth.

2. Enhance comprehension of group dynamics, enabling effective navigation and contribution within team settings.

3. Develop participants ‘ public speaking abilities to foster confident and persuasive communication.

4. Familiarize participants with VAKOG (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, and Gustatory) learning styles for tailored and inclusive interactions.

5. Emphasize co-creating meaningful interactions, cultivating a collaborative and impactful exchange environment.
