For a project based in Bosnia and Herzegovina from March to November 2023, @sanchild_ngo is seeking a Project Manager (part-time 50%).

📝 Overview and Responsibilities: The project manager will closely collaborate with the project’s implementing partners and participants to assist Harmony Alumni with their logistical needs, forecast resources needed to achieve objectives, monitor project costs, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, communicate with participants, assist with and monitor their projects, provide data, distribute survey questionnaires, arrange interviews with participants and project evaluators, and create specifications.
✅ Requirenments:
🟢Bachelor’s degree
🟢Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
🟢Excellent analytical and organizational skills
🟢Strong interpersonal skills
🟢Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
🟢Speaking fluently English & local languages
