The Forum is aimed at developing Russian-Balkan youth cooperation and strengthening friendly and professional relations between youth leaders of Russia and the Balkan countries.
The Forum will have the following thematic tracks:
- International Cooperation: Status and Prospects;
- Academic Cooperation: Status and Prospects;
Joint Initiatives in the Field of Culture, Tourism and Media.
