Thematic Awareness Training on the topic of gender equality and gender-based discrimination.

Ofensiva Tinerilor is offering this spring a face-to-face Thematic Awareness Training on the topic of gender equality and gender-based discrimination. We intend to involve a group of 24 youth workers coming from different Erasmus + Program Countries and Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU who are interested to be familiar with methods that can be used by youth workers and teachers to promote tolerance and promote a more inclusive learning environment between youth.

As we believe that young people like to learn from each other to embrace their diversity the working methods are nonformal and based on a peer education approach.

The training course will be organized for 7 full working days, additional 2 travel days are planned for each participant. Accommodation and meals are covered by the Erasmus+ program and no participation fee is required.

Accommodation will be organized in a hotel in rooms of 2 or 3 persons with the training room nearby and access to the internet.

Interested participants must have a sending organization to be eligible to participate in the course and must fill in their application up until the 4th of April 2022.
