DREAM – Develop gendeR-basEd Approaches in Mobility projects

DREAM - Develop gendeR-basEd Approaches in Mobility projects

Training Course

7-12 April 2025 | Lyon, France

Ready to adopt a gender-based approach in your youth mobility projects? This training is for youth workers, trainers, mentors, coordinators, youth leaders in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, focusing on gender equality and inclusion.

This training course supports people active in Erasmus+ and ESC programs to develop a gender-based approach in the implementation of their projects.

In this training, gender-based approach means acknowledging the inequalities and different experiences individuals face based on gender. These inequalities are not limited to relationships between men and women but also include gender minorities and LGBTQIA+ communities, while being interconnected with other forms of inequalities. This approach does not imply a “theoretical study” but rather a willingness to look at one’s work from a more sensitive perspective. It values shared experiences to better understand the impact of Gender in our projects..
