Who we are looking for
The “Deloitte Student Brand Ambassador” is a program where students from different private and public universities interested in economics and finance come together with the desire to be selected as Deloitte Ambassador and bring Deloitte closer to new generations of students. For this volunteering opportunity, we are looking for ambitious young people that are recognized voices in their universities and among students, who are willing to volunteer and promote Deloitte on different in-person events and through their personal social media.
Apply to the program if:
- You are final year of undergraduate studies in economics, finance, and related fields in the academic 2024/2025 year;
- You are active and recognized on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook);
- You are active in different NGOs, student organizations, and/or scientific circles;
- You are available from November 2024 to June 2025;
- You find yourself well in both individual and group work;
- You are proactive and interested in personal development and gaining practical knowledge;
- You are interested in developing and implementing projects for students at your university;
Your future role
This role is a volunteering opportunity for young and ambitious students of economics, finance, and related fields. As a Student Brand Ambassador, you will have the chance to co-organize projects with Deloitte at your university and actively promote Deloitte’s opportunities online.
As a Student Brand Ambassador, you will be a link between the world of business and the academic world. Your voice is important to us! Your tasks will include:
- Representing Deloitte at universities and the student environment;
- Promoting Deloitte on social media in an innovative way with at least one post per month on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook;
- Initiating and co-creating promotional events at the university and in student organizations;
- Promoting the current recruitment offer among students and graduates;
- Participation in recruitment events, e.g. job fairs, Deloitte open days;
- Participation in podcast recordings, photo sessions and creating video materials with us;
- Distribution of information and image materials with your fellow students and online followers;
- Participation in training and integration meetings organized by Deloitte;

Selection process
The process of becoming a Deloitte Student Brand Ambassador is quite simple:
- Apply online with your CV;
- Submit a brief letter of motivation illustrating why you would be the perfect candidate for the role of Student Brand Ambassador;
- If the outlined criteria are met, you will meet out HR and Marketing representatives in an online interview;
- Once all interviews have been completed, we will notify each interviewed student of the results.
- Only applications submitted prior to the 6th of October will be considered for the academic year 2024/25.
