ABOUT THE PROJECT
This soft skills training is designed for young people who are already freelancers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads (or those aspiring to become digital nomads), and those who wish to improve their entrepreneurial mindset.
A one-day hackathon may be included in the program depending on the group composition, participant needs, and existing dynamics.
During the training, participants will focus on key entrepreneurial competencies such as self-assessment, teamwork, process management, creative thinking, communication, and business planning. This training adopts a learning-by-doing approach, giving participants hands-on experience in the topics discussed.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
- To understand and raise awareness of the entrepreneurial mindset
- To understand the importance of self-awareness
- To gain experience in team cooperation and learn about motivation and stress management
- To learn about time management and project management
- To learn goal-setting methods and how to develop a business plan
- To understand the importance of planning and focus
- To emphasize digital solutions
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the training, participants will:
- Continue their businesses with a more informed and inspired attitude
- Expand their network of contacts and make potential business connections
- Improve their entrepreneurial competencies
- Develop a common understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset, critical thinking, and self-awareness
- Gain experience in team cooperation, learn stress management techniques, and maintain motivation in their careers
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
Eligible participants must:
- Be 18 years old or above
- Be able to communicate and work in English
- Be motivated to actively participate in all aspects of the youth exchange, including discussions, workshops, and practical exercises
- Respect diverse perspectives and experiences of fellow participants
- Be able to participate during the entire project
- Be a freelancer, entrepreneur, digital nomad, or small company leader
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVELLING
Location: Balatonszárszó, Hungary

Participants will stay in shared rooms (2-5 people per room). All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided by the organizers. Detailed travel instructions will be sent by email.
