PROJECT OBJECTIVES

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

The Training Course targets 4 youth workers per organization. In total, we will select 32 participants and 4 team members (trainers and facilitators), 36 in total. The selection of the participants, except those with fewer opportunities who have already been selected, will be done by the partner organizations of the project.

For the Evaluation Meeting, participants will include 32 youth workers and 4 team members, ensuring continuity with those involved from the start. Partner organizations will select 4-5 youth workers each, focusing on those interested in anti-discrimination and human rights through the Living Library methodology. Post-training, participants will receive three months of mentorship to support their activities. The meeting will maintain regional balance, fostering diverse perspectives and emphasizing teamwork, leadership, and intercultural communication skills.

* Selected participants for this project agree to participate in all 3 phases of the project (Training Course in Dilijan, Armenia, Local Campaigns in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Seminar in Ommen, the Netherlands).
