The main idea of this training course is to give the opportunity for youth workers to explore ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally and enhance their competence based on it.
The aim is to empower youth workers to assess and enhance their competence based on the ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally.
The objectives:
- Explore and Deepen Understanding of ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally.
- Provide opportunities for participants to assess their skills and identify areas for growth
- Deepen the knowledge in chosen competence areas and equip yourself with practical tools and techniques use in international youth work
- Enable participants to apply ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally in planning and leading youth activities
Methodology. The Training Course is built on the foundation of non-formal educational principles. The program is experiential and based on a holistic approach, putting emphasis on self-directed learning and prates in the field.

Participant profile:
- You have to be 18+
- Youth workers, trainers, facilitators or youth leaders
- Active in the youth work field and are ready to use what is learnt during ETSpert training in everyday work,
- Are able to use English as a working language,
- Can take part in the full duration of the programme (including the online kick-off meeting and evaluation meeting after the project),
- From countries EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme as well as countries not associated to the programme from the Western Balkans (Region 1) and Neighbourhood East (Region 2).
