“It’s up to me” is a holistic approach, a year-long process where we develop high-quality competences for trainers and youth workers that are going to work on transferring know-how, organizing and delivering high-quality projects within the Erasmus + program. This project will contribute towards raising the quality of the Erasmus + projects that are going to be organized in future, develop capacity for the organizations and it will improve the quality of youth work in general. The workshops selected are based on the different competences from the Trainers competence model (European Training Strategy).
In this addition, we have two training activities that will take place in Bremen, Germany:
11.- 19.06.2024 and 11. – 16.11.2024
Only participants that can attend to both of the training courses will be considered during the selection process.
Between the two courses there will be a structured coaching and mentoring process where the participants are going to work on developing their competences while they organize local projects and activities that we will design during the first course. Their learning will be supported by the trainers and with materials and resources from the Trainers library (www.trainerslibrary.org).
