CALL FOR ACTIVITIES: COMPASS TRAINING COURSES 2024

The Council of Europe invites organisations implementing human rights education with young people to apply with projects to organise the Compass  National and Regional Training Courses in 2024. 

The Compass training courses are strategic national and regional activities for localising human rights education with young people and developing key multipliers competences for human rights education. The courses contribute to implementation of the Council of Europe Charter on Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education.

Three types of possible support for implementation of activities:

The organisers of training courses will be invited for a preparatory meeting in February 2024.

WHO CAN APPLY

The local or national organisations and institutions interested in introducing and developing the provisions and quality of human rights education registered in one the fifty states signatory of the European Cultural Convention, such as:

HOW TO APPLY

  1. To complete an application formand submit to youth.HRE@coe.int.
  2. To submit draft programme using a template following instructions in the call to youth.HRE@coe.int.
  3. To submit provisional budget using a template if financial support is being requested to youth.HRE@coe.int.
