E-learning
14-15 November 2023 | online, Germany
Bridges for Trainers (BfT) offers a platform to debate on trends and issues related to training in the youth field – national and international.
BfT serves as a platform to contribute to exploring the next steps to be undertaken in the ETS development and to reflect on what role Erasmus+: Youth and the European Solidarity Corps could play in this.
The resindetial edition of BfT needs to be postponed to summer 2024. However, we are looking forward to inviting the trainers’ community to a two day online event in November to reconnect, reflect and share.
The intentions for the online meeting are:
- ETS Goals for trainers: feedback and discussion of the draft proposal for the ETS goals for trainers (modular approach to training trainers, certification for trainers, label for training activities)
- Contribution of trainers to the mid-term evaluation of the Erasmus+ and the Europeran Solidarity Corps
- Recognition of trainers
- Participants’ topics
Participants’ profile
BfT 2020 will gather participants with the following profiles or roles:
- Trainers experienced in youth workers and youth leaders training (national and international level – attention: no trainers training only young people!);
- Training course providers implementing training strategies for trainers (organisations/institutions); and
- Erasmus+: Youth/ European Solidarity Corps NAs/SALTO RCs staff cooperating with trainers and trainer pools.
