This online format training course pretends to support learning through profesional development in education and youth, and to contribute to promote excellence, creativity and innovation.
Acccording to different surveys such as The Future of Jobs”, from Harvard University, soft skills are becoming a very relevant issue for young people to find and keep a job succesfully. Skills such as creativity, teamwork or leadership are more and more demanded and valued among organizations.
With this point in mind, this course will address the most relevant soft skills that may enable Young people to find their own way in their professional and personal life.
Objetives
- Promote learning of the fundamental concepts of soft skills and its importance for youth development and empleability.
- Facilitate the comprehension and the use of creativity, teamwork and empathy through the Arts to offer youth new resources.
- Inspire participants to expand and integrate the contents of the course in their work with youth.
- Promote digital education and training through virtual learning of the course, cooperation and comunication among participants and trainers.

This 20h course, taken during five days, will be based on a dynamic set of experiental activities promoting interaction of participants. Every day will be focused on a particular soft skill. Arts will be used as a transversal tool and vehicle to deepen in the key concepts and contents and to enrich the experience and the atmosphere of the course.
