Empower Your Nature is an online event to experience some of the nature-based activities which can inspire a connection to nature and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.
How do you connect to nature? Can you turn to nature when you feel stressed? How can nature support your mental health and the mental health of young people? Which practices can you use daily? These are some of the questions we will try to answer during the webinar through experiential learning as we did during the training in Tinos in October 2022.

During the webinar, we will explore:
- The importance of nature as a coach of mental health
- The role of nature in social inclusion
- Tools that you can apply in your daily life and work
- Resources that are available to deepen your understanding.

The facilitators of the webinar are:
ELENI KARDAMITSI: Eleni is a trainer and a sustainability coach supporting organisations, professionals and organisations to be their sustainable selves and entities. Through simple daily practices, Eleni coaches individuals and teams to expand in creativity, authenticity and gratitude. She has a 10-year experience in training and facilitation in the field of activism, community building, empowerment, mindfulness and nature-based learning.
SARA MARZO: Sara is a trainer and facilitator from Italy guiding individuals and groups to become more conscious human beings and to connect authentically to themselves, to others and to nature, in order to engage in meaningful actions in their lives and to impact our planet Earth better. She has over 10 years of experience in international project management and youth work. In her career, she brings expertise in mindfulness, eco-somatic practices, ecopsychology and nature-based methods.
