We are more than pleased to invite you to the International Youth Conference “EUROPEAN VALUES FOR THE FUTURE OF THE SOUTHEASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES”, happening traditionally for the 18th time and scheduled from 5th till 10th of November we will convene the most active young people from 16 countries to work together for the European future of the region.
This year the International Youth Conference “European values for the future for SEE region” is breaking new ground. The first online conference will be even more connective than our analogue events in the past. Different sessions will be streamed via our conference channels from around the region and you can participate live!
The conference is a joint effort of Youth Alliance-Krusevo and Friedrich Ebert Foundation, office Skopje supported by Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, sponsored by Germany and the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility in North Macedonia.
The conference will bring together up to 80 participants from the countries from the SEE region (North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey) and guests from youth organizations partners from Germany, France and Poland in the role of mentors.
The application form is available on following link. and the application deadline is 15th of October, 2020. Regarding the selection criteria, the applicant’s background and interest for participation in the conference will be of great importance. One of the most relevant selection principles will be their opinions reflected in the essay as well as demonstrated dedication towards the multiplication of the conference results.
The International Youth Conference will offer the possibility for a scholarship to 80 participants from all participating countries, including accession to all online sessions from wherever you are, mobile application for Conference 2020, active engagement on the interactive online working groups and conference participation certificate.
The main aim of the International Youth Conference is supporting energetic and committed young leaders from Southeast Europe to work for a European future of the region on daily basis. Moreover, this conference tends to promote the European Values amongst them and in their societies. The resulted deliverables will be a set of action-oriented recommendations and proposals for promotion of the European Values that will be leveraged through the active young leaders in the SEE region.
