- Recognize and express your feelings, needs and requests
- Listen to your judgements and discover the needs beyond them
- Be assertive in the way you express yourself and stand your ground
- Move through conflicts without compromising yourself
- Bring awareness to your verbal and non-verbal communication
- Active listening and facilitating conversation
- Create space for vulnerability in the way you connect with others
- Express your anger in a safe way.
What is unique about this training course is that it consists of many exercises, games and practices. It combines Nonviolent communication tools with Improv games and Body Awareness. It is a dynamic and playful space for learning and connection.
We are meeting in a small group, an international environment where you can meet people from all around the world.
This training is designed for people who work with young people, such as youth workers, mentors, youth coaches, educators and teachers. Also people who are managing youth. We work on your own personal process and at the same time, you require skills that you can put into practice in your work. It supports you to work from a place of connection, explore different communication channels and expand the quality of your impact in the field of youth.
The training consists of 7 Group Sessions, 1 individual coaching session, a WhatsApp support system and Handouts.
Group sessions:
Monday evenings | 18:00 – 20:00 CET | Zoom

The trainer is a youth worker and a mentor herself and she works with young people (18 – 30) who come from vulnerable backgrounds (broken families, early school leavers, long-term unemployed).
